Vegan Tofu Nuggets For Your Snack Time!
Nuggets with a soft texture on the inside? Yes, that's possible! You can make it yourself at home.
Tofu nuggets are suitable for those of you who want to reduce meat intake.
The good news about this recipe is that we don't need to use eggs because we will use corn starch and all-purpose flour.
The thing that makes this tofu nuggets unique is its soft and not too dense texture matches the soft texture of tofu.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of tofu
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- enough water
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Step 1
Prepare tofu. Dry water on tofu with paper towl.
Cut it into smaller squares.
Step 2
Prepare 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and all-purpose flour.
Mix with enough water until well blended.
Step 3
Prepare breadcrumbs. Add refined salt and pepper. Please note that there is no lumpy salt. We recommend using fine salt.
Step 4
Dip the pieces of tofu into the flour mixture.
Step 5
Roll pieces of tofu that have been dipped in flour dough, into breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Heat oil then fry tofu. Don't forget to flip the tofu.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite sauce.
