Hi guys how are you I think everyone should start eating healthy because in long time it will benefit you you will feel good energetic and great mental health nowadays people are consuming starchy carbs and lots of sugar which is not good for you and it is destroying your body and your health while eating you should always stay away from sugar as for other nutrients you should eat it according to your body and goals.

include lots of vegetables and Greens in your diet and grass fed protein sources. I was consuming a lot of sugar one year ago and alcohol I was not feeling well but it was difficult to stay away from cold drink and other stuff but it's been one year and totally clean eating healthy and eating lots of greens and I am feeling very good and now I don't Crave for sugar becauseyour body adapt whatever you eat so try to eat healthy foods.
