Arabic Chicken Barbecue

Arabic Chicken Barbecue is an Arabic food menu recipe. This is made up of chicken such as the legs, wings and breast. Added with some vegetable like potatoes and carrots.

Yesterday my friends and I try to make this recipe in our house since I don't have work yesterday we prepared this recipe for our lunch. We bought ingredients in LULU Supermarket.

Ingredients for Arabic Chicken Barbecue:

• Marinated slice chicken legs, breast and wings.
• 2 pcs sliced potatoes.
• 2 pcs carrots
• Bell pepper
• 1 medium onion
• 8 pcs garlic
• Black pepper
• Chilli powder
• Cumin powder
• Salt and soy sauce

How to make this recipe.

• Prepare a cooking pot and add cooking oil.
• Saute the garlic and onion.
• Add the potatoes and carrots, bell pepper and stir.
• Take from the cooking pot and transfer in the baking tray.

Cumin powder and black pepper added.

• Place the sauteed ingredients and vegetable on a tray.
• Place the marinated chicken on the top.
• Add the black pepper and cumin powder.
• Place in an oven with pre medium heat.
• Wait until the chicken turns to brown.
• Take from oven and serve hot.

Place the tray with chicken in an oven and wait until the chicken turns to brown.

Delicious Barbecue Chicken is ready to serve.
