FOOD 158 : how to make meat with egg ?
material
300g grind meat
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 teaspoons of salt
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 chicken egg

Grate minced leaves and then mixed with ground meat, eggs. Mix cornstarch with some water, then add the meat mixture and mix well.sauce, salt, cooking wine, mixed with meat
Meat into small pieces. Fried in oil ^^
