BLOG 89 : HOW TO MAKE BARBECUE?

Material:

  • 500 g lean meat

  • 2 green bell peppers, red

  • pineapple

  • Honey

  • Garlic, lemongrass

  • Sesame

  • Spices: Salt, fish sauce, sugar, satay, cooking oil, pepper

Making

Step 1: Wash the meat, cut into pieces and marinate: fish sauce, sugar, lemongrass, garlic, water, oil, sesame, honey, satay, pepper in about 1 hour. If you want to taste better meat after wrapping food wrap film and then overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2: Soak bamboo sticks in water for at least 30 minutes to avoid catching fire when baking.
Step 3: Cut the fruits into square pieces

Step 4: Use bamboo stick meat skewers, the fruit alternate with each other.
Step 5 add 1 layer of honey, sesame and water marinated meat on the barbecue

Thanks for sharing this. Before seen this post, I'm always forgot to search this recipe. For me, it's best to eat that with rice.
