Are you sommelier or just like wines? Anyway it was interesting to read. Thank you. I know it's easy to find out if dry wine has more than 12.5 - 13% of alcohol, by specific flavor on the tongue because of alcohol. Thas's why 12.5% is perfect for me.
Thanks for the comment. I have been working with alcohol for a long time, so know quite a lot about it.
Each person has his own "perfect" wine
