Cork fish recipes (ikan gabus)

Cork ingredients:

  • Fresh cork fish 500 grams, cut
  • 2 pieces of tomatoes cut to taste
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 4 stalks of leek pods, finely sliced
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 5 orange leaves
  • 1 liter of clean water
  • 1 teaspoon flavor

Smooth Spices:

  • 7 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 4 cm turmeric, scrubbed wash clean
  • 4 grains of pecan, roasted
  • 12 cloves of shallot, peeled
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 7 large red peppers

How to Make Cork Fish:

  • Prepare cork fish that have been cleaned and cut.
