Quick Low Carb Flaxseed Microwave Bread
This recipe is if you do not want to make a whole loaf of bread but just 2 slices.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Large Egg
4 Tablespoons Ground Flax
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
Method:
Melt the butter first then crack the egg and mix with butter. Then
add the flaxseed and the baking powder.
Mix all the ingredients well Until smooth consistancy and put in a small square ramekin and Microwave for 2 minutes.
let it cool down and take it out of the ramekin and cut in halve to get two pieces of bread.
