Coconut Flour Banana Muffins
The Ingredients:
5 eggs.
A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Two ripe bananas.
Half a cup of coconut flour.
A quarter cup of coconut oil.
A teaspoon of baking soda.
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Use some butter and crease a muffin pan.
Put the muffin mixture in equal parts into the pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let the muffins cool down before you remove them from the pan.
