Fried pork with soy sauce recipe.
Ingredients.
- 400 grams of pork side (cut into pieces-about 3cms).
- 2 shallots (finely chopped-divided into 2 parts).
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped).
- 100 grams of white onion (cut into wedges).
- 3 tablespoons of rice wine.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (for caramel).
- 1 cup of coconut water.
- Vegetable oil, fish sauce, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, soy sauce.
Instructions.
- Marinade the pork side with sugar, five-spice powder, rice wine, soy sauce, salt, garlic, sugar. Mix well and set aside for about 30 minutes. The pork can soak up.
- Heat vegetabe oil in a saucepan, add shallot and stir well until golden. Then add marinated pork into the saucepan, stir well until stiff. Pour the coconut water and simmer (stirring occasionally) until the sauce is thickened a little. Continue to add caramel, onion and stir-fry well until the onion is softened. Add fish sauce and sugar to taste.
- Serve with cooked rice.
