Fish balls recipe.
Ingredients.
- 100 grams of Basa fish (ground).
- 200 grams of Mackerel (ground).
- 200 grams of Flounder (ground).
- 2 lime leaves (very thinly sliced).
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 2 tbsps garlic oil.
- 4 tsps red curry sauce.
- Vegetable oil and chilli sauce.
Ingredients.
- Mix well the Basa fish, Mackerel, Flounder, lime leaves, sugar, salt, garlic oil and curry sauce into a bowl, set aside for about 10 minutes.
- Make the fish balls with the mixtured fish.
- Heat vegetable oil in the saucepan, add the balls and deep fry well on the both side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
