Cherry tomatoes salad recipe.
Ingredients.
- 600 grams of cherry tomatoes (cut into 2 half).
- 60 mls of oilve oil.
- Coriander (sliced).
- Salt.
- 1 cucumber (cut into small pieces).
- Red wine vinegar.
- Red onion (sliced).
- Black pepper.
Instructions.
Prepare the salad.
- Cut into 2 half cherry tomatoes.
- Slice red onion, coriander and cucumber.
- Put these vegetables into a bowl and set a side.
Prepare the sauce.
In the bowl, mix well olive oil, red wine vinegar, black peper and salt.
Pour the sauce (you've just prepared) over sliced vegetables and mix well. Put it into a refrigerator until ready to eat.
