Good evening, dear friends. today I want to offer you a wonderful and delicious recipe..
Ingredients:
- pork chop (without bone) - 3 PCs .
- Apple-3 PCs.
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- sage-30 gr.
- water-3.75 STAC.
- Sol-1/8 STAC.
- sugar-1/8 stack.
- butter - 1 tbsp
- pepper (ground) - 2 tbsp
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Bring water to a boil and throw salt and sugar.
- Cook until they are completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add pepper and a bundle of sage leaves.
- Put chops in a package (with lock) and pour the cooled brine.
- Throw the garlic clove and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a large pan, heat the oil and lay out the marinated chops.
- Brown the meat on both sides for 2 minutes each until lightly Golden brown.
- When the chops are almost ready, put them on a plate and set aside for a while.
- In the same pan, fry the sliced apples in butter until Golden brown.
- Lay out sage and cook for another minute.
- Put the meat into the pan, with a spoon put the apples on top of each chop.
- Place the pan in the oven for 5 minutes until the meat is ready.
- Serve the dish hot.
