Cake (with custard).....

Hello my lovely fellow Steemians.
Prepairing food is an interesting and simple process . First make arrangement and then cooking.

Ingredients:
for the dough:

  • water-180 gr.
  • butter-100 gr.
  • salt-1 pinch
  • wheat flour-200 gr.
  • chicken egg-6 PCs.

for the cream:

  • egg yolk-6 PCs .
  • sugar-100 gr.
  • corn starch-60 gr.
  • vanilla sugar-2 packs
  • milk-400 ml.
  • butter-200 gr.

Preparation:

  1. Pour water into the saucepan, add salt and oil, boil, add flour and knead until smooth dough.
  2. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Eggs stir with a fork, for the mass of the egg mixture should be equal to 300 gr., pour portions into the dough and knead until smooth.
  4. The dough is placed in a pastry bag and transplant thin strips the entire length of the pan, the pan should be lined with baking paper.
  5. Oven preheat to 220 degrees and put our baking strips for 10 minutes, after reducing the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the strips for another 25 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack and cut into equal strips-logs from which we will collect the cake.
  7. Boil the milk, beat the yolks with sugar and starch (starch can be replaced by 30 g. flour), continue whisking and pour it into hot milk.
  8. Put the mixture on fire and bring, stirring continuously, to a boil.
  9. Hot cream put the butter and vanilla, and beat until smooth our cream and allow it to cool.
  10. Of logs put the first Korzh, liberally lubricated cream, cover with another layer of sticks.
  11. Repeat the procedure until you run out of our blanks, decorate the top of the cake to your taste, as between the layers of logs you can put fruit.
  12. To give the cake soak for several hours, and after much to eat.
