On this occasion I want to share with you the step by step of some cassava pancakes that you make for the first time in my house, I can assure you that they are super rich !!

To make this pancakes you need:

• Wheat flour
• Sugar
• Salt
• Eggs
• Yucas

We start by peeling all the yucca, we wash it very well and so we are going to grate it raw, we reserve

In a cup we beat the eggs very well

Now add salt, sugar and wheat flour and mix carefully.

Now we carefully incorporate the grated yucca and mix, now we have our mix ready.

Heat a budare and grease well, with the help of a spoon put the mixture of the pancake to cook well on both sides.

Now you can accompany them with butter, cheese, custard, honey or whatever you like ... Now if you want to taste our delicious cassava pancakes made with love!
