Christmas in Venezuela has a very tasty and very expensive cuisine, but as a Venezuelan dignified we do not always manage to maintain the tradition and enjoy Christmas dinner.
This time I could not miss on my table "The Bread of Ham" so at the high cost, I had to get down to work and do a ❤ "Made with Love" ❤ Christmas.
So today I present the step by step of the preparation of Ham Bread ❤ "Made with Love"❤
To make this Christmas Ham Bread you need:
• Water
• Oil
• Wheat flour
• Butter
• Smoked ham
• Raisins
• Stuffed olives
• Yeast
• Egg
• Sugar paper
The first thing you should do is heat the water
In a large cup you are going to put warm water, sugar and yeast, you have to wait for bubbles to come out of the mixture
When you have many bubbles you add an egg, butter and flour you begin to join this ingredients
Add salt to taste
Add enough oil and kneads, if necessary add more wheat flour.
You must knead until the dough is homogeneous and does not stick from the hands.
You put the dough in a dark place until it doubles in size
In a clean inn you will pour wheat flour
With the help of a roller stretch the dough very well giving a rectangular shape, if necessary help yourself with a knife to give the necessary shape
Now we begin to decorate our bread, at one end of the dough a row or line of stuffed olives will be placed, you will cover them with the same dough
Now cover the dough with smoked ham, the more ham you use much better, your bread will be richer
Now over the smoked ham made your raisins. the filling will remain
Roll your bread in this way leaving a "tongue" to shape
You can decorate the top of your bread as you like
You will melt a spoon of grated sugar paper in water and put it to cook, when this liquid is cold you will use it to varnish your Ham Bread and put it in the oven, until it is golden and ready.
