Needed:

* 700g lean steak

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice

* Skin minced 1/2 lemon

* 1 tablespoon soy sauce

* 1 tablespoon sugar integral

* Basically garlic minced 1


Sauce with red pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 minced garlic essence, grated skin of 1/2 lemon, slightly spicy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
