各位steemit的朋友们:在新年之际,我走进了西安一家经营陕南菜的特色餐厅。

To Steemit friends: Hello! On the New Year's day, I went to a restaurant that specializes in southern shaanxi cuisine. Southern Shaanxi is next to the Hubei and sichuan, because of its geographical position, the characteristics of native dishes taste spicy but not as spicy as sichuan food, the special dishes in Southern Shaanxi is the big crock pot stew.

陕南临近湖北和四川,因为地理位置的关系,陕南菜的特点是微麻和微辣,口味上带点酸辣但是没有四川那么麻辣,陕南菜以大砂锅炖菜为主。照片上的蒸笼,有些像广式的早茶,香喷喷的气味弥漫。陕南菜的特点在于它的新鲜,原材料很天然、绿色和健康,口味自然也不错。在过去,由于陕西南部由于的发展相对落后,交通闭塞,陕南菜长期不为外人所熟悉,所以也缺乏和其它菜系在口味上的融合机会,不过陕南菜也因此形成一脉的独特风味。当食客们尝厌各大菜系后,也很容易被这种新鲜事物所吸引。

陕南菜有很多以酸辣为主的菜,这些菜大多避开了味精、鸡精这些人工添加剂,利用纯粮醋、泡菜、辣椒调出好吃的口感。

正如你在图片看到的,这些蒸菜,烧饼和铁锅鱼,都是陕南菜的特色,它们的大量原材料都取自当地,物产丰富的陕南沃土给陕南菜的原料提供了很好的支柱。

如今陕南菜的自然健康原料恰好迎合了消费者日益注重绿色健康的消费心理,使陕南菜做到了后来者居上。
