I love the earthy flavor of the beets in smoothies. But it is prob not for everyone. Glad you can still enjoy those beets during the winter months. Here all kinds of fruits are ripening on the trees. As for 2018, life has up and downs so ups are expected. Having a few days off on an island with a few friends... and our other friend is feeling better and on its way to the UK for further treatment so all good. Thanks for your comment ;)
