Healing and yum. Best combination. One day I should take up an Ayurveda course. I use a lot of their methods but know too little about it. Good stuff. Have a lovely day.
I belong from India where ayurveda is still alive and there are various medical colleges and institutions. Famous is Baba Ramdev.
Thanks for the info. A friend of mine is moving to the North of India in one month and I am def going to visit him and hopefully find some time for an Ayurvedic course.
