Shrimp rice flour cracker is a practical menu to make it and it also tastes very good and perfect to be served as a side dish of rice tonight, the menu is also very liked by children, teenagers and parents, so what are you waiting for friends .., let's see the ingredients and how to make it in order to continue in practice directly at home each, that is as follows;


Ingredients the needed


  • 1/2 kg of shrimp, remove the skin and head, then wash.


  • 1/4 kg rice flour.
  • salt to taste.
  • 1/2 kg of cooking oil.
  • 2 celery stalks.
  • 300 ml of water.

Ingredients the mashed


  • 3 cloves of red onion.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper.
  • 2 pieces of candlenuts.

How to Cook


  • mix shrimp, ingredients mashed, celery leaves, salt, flour and water. Then stir all the ingredients into one dough.



  • then heat the oil into the skillet, take 1spoon of batter, then put into hot oil by a with little bit on the flattened on the edge of the oil. Then fry until yellowish color while on the back and forth so that the cracker shirmp cooked perfectly.




  • if both sides look ripe, remove and drain for a while until the oil dries.



  • then serve and ready to be enjoyed.

Sahabat steemians, udah pada siapin menu makanan untuk makan malam ini belum? Jika belum, mari kita masak yang gampang-gampang saja yok sahabat, seperti menu makan malam saya hari ini yaitu Rempeyek Udang.

Peyek merupakan menu yang praktis untuk membuatnya dan juga rasanya sangat enak dan cocok banget untuk dijadikan lauk makan nasi malam ini, peyek juga sangat disukai oleh anak-anak, remaja maupun orang tua, jadi tunggu apa lagi sahabat.., ayo kita lihat bahan dan cara membuatnya agar bisa terus di praktekkan langsung dirumah masing-masing, yaitu sebagai berikut;


Bahan Yang Dibutuhkan


  • 1/2 kg udang vannamei, buang kulit dan kepalanya, lalu cuci bersih.

  • 1/4 kg tepung beras.
  • garam secukupnya.
  • 1/2 kg minyak goreng.
  • 2 batang daun seledri.
  • 300 ml air.

Bahan yang Dihaluskan


  • 3 siung bawang merah.
  • 3 siung bawang putih.
  • 1 sendok makan lada.
  • 2 biji kemiri.

Cara Memasak


  • campur udang, bumbu yang dihaluskan, daun seledri, garam, tepung dan air. Kemudian aduk semua bahan menjadi satu adonan.

  • lalu panaskan minyak kedalam wajan, ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan peyek, lalu masukkan kedalam minyak panas dengan cara sedikit di pipihkan di pinggir minyak. Lalu goreng sampai berwarna kekuningan sambil di bolak balik agar peyek matang dengan sempurna.

  • jika ke dua sisi terlihat sudah matang, angkat dan tiriskan sebentar sampai minyak mengering.

  • lalu sajikan dan siap dinikmati.
