Friends steemians, it turns out to make a dish is not easy, I myself also often run out of ideas to present special menus that can arouse appetite, and of course I do not give up easily, and alhamdulillah although simple but I managed to find ideas to cook food as my dinner menu and of course for post material also, namely Coconut sour eggs in Aceh boh manok asam u.

In addition to delicious and delicious, the ingredients to make coconut acid egg is also very simple and easy to find, then just go, we see the recipe and how to cook it below:


Materials Required


  • 2 eggs.


  • 2 stalks of celery and leek.
  • 30 grams of coconut grated.
  • salt to taste.
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Softened Seasoning


  • 6 pieces of Cayenne pepper.
  • 3 pieces of red chili
  • 3 cloves of red onion.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 5 fruit bilimbi (sunti acid)


How to Cook


  • finely chopped celery leaves and scallions and washed clean.
  • then take containers, put in eggs, grated coconut, sprinkled spices, celery leaves and spring onions, salt. Then stir all the ingredients together so no one clumps.



  • After that heat the oil into the skillet, put the egg dough into it, then fry the egg dough until brownish, while being turned back and forth for the dough to mature as a whole.



  • if the egg batter is perfectly cooked, remove and drain.


  • then serve accompanied by white rice.

Sahabat steemians, ternyata memasak itu bukanlah hal yang gampang loh.., saya sendiri juga sering kehabisan ide untuk menyajikan menu-menu spesial yang dapat menggugah selera makan, dan tentu saja saya tidak menyerah begitu saja, dan alhamdulillah walaupun sederhana namun saya berhasil menemukan ide untuk memasak makanan sebagai menu makan malam saya dan tentunya untuk bahan postingan juga dong, yaitu Telur Asam Kelapa dalam bahasa Aceh boh manok asam u.

Apakah sahabat pernah mencoba menu yang satu ini? Jika belum, wajib dicoba ne sahabat, karena menu telur asam kelapa ini sangat lezat dan sangat gurih rasanya.

Selain enak dan lezat, bahan-bahan untuk membuat telur asam kelapa ini juga sangat sederhana dan mudah kita temukan, kalau begitu langsung saja yok.., kita lihat resep dan cara memasaknya dibawah ini :


Bahan Yang Diperlukan


  • 2 buah telur.

  • 2 batang daun seledri dan daun bawang.
  • 30 gr kelapa yang sudah di parut.
  • garam secukupnya.
  • 4 sendok minyak goreng.

Bumbu Yang Dihaluskan


  • 6 buah cabe rawit.
  • 3 buah cabe merah kering.
  • 3 siung bawang merah.
  • 2 siung bawang putih.
  • 5 buah belimbing wuluh (asam sunti)

Cara Memasak


  • rajang halus daun seledri dan daun bawang dan cuci bersih.
  • kemudian ambil wadah masukkan telur, kelapa parut, bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, daun seledri dan daun bawang, garam. Kemudian aduk semua bahan menjadi satu hingga tidak ada yang menggumpal.

  • setelah itu panaskan minyak kedalam wajan, masukkan adonan telur kedalamnya, lalu goreng adonan telur sampai berwarna kecoklatan, sambil dibolak - balik agar adonan matang secara keseluruhan.

  • jika dirasa adonan telur sudah matang dengan sempurna, angkat dan tiriskan.

  • lalu sajikan dengan didampingi nasi putih.

This looks good and cocnut is healthy too. And easy to do as well except that it would be difficult for me to find grated coconut in the city :D

does your town not provide grated coconut? you can do it using a cutlery, but it will be more difficult and a little overwhelmed.

It is available here in the Philippines but I currently live in the central business district with less access to these good food. I will have to commute for at least an hour to get one I think :D
