Hello steemit! We know that Filipino people loves to eat and cooks delicious food. Me as an individual cooking is one of my hubby and we love to discover new dishes that will satisfy our hunger.
Can you ever imagine that you can cook a delicious dish from a bamboo tree? Yes certainly it came from the bamboo and it looks like this 
This is the young shoot of bamboo, or in Filipino "LABONG" 
it is very delicious and nutrious. You can cook it in many ways like adobo, anselada and you can cook It with anchovies with green leafy vegetables.
Tips how to cook it deliciouly:
- Boiled it on water.
- Use strainer to dry it.
- Cook it with low fire.
- Put a fried fish or shrimp on it.
