Home made pot pie🥧
I make this broccoli and ham pot pie about once a month. The first time i made it, i only did one pie and we didnt have leftovers for lunch 😓. So from that point on i started always making the two.
They are pretty easy to make. I buy the pie crust pre-made and first layer in one crust. Then in a mixing bowl add what ever filling you want of course. This one has cheese, ham, broccoli, potatoes, and eggs to hold it together then i added homemade gravy ( didnt make enough this time around) then added the pie crust top and egg washed it. Bake for 1 hour at 350°

That looks so good! I’ve always planned on making pot pies but never got around to.
Its a meal that only takes 30 mins to prep lol im all about set it and forget it meals Haha. Im so lazy when it comes to cooking. I use to love it until i had growing teenagers 😂 always cooking and shopping sucks not to mention the cleaning up after lol
