200 g flour with a little bit of canola oil,1egg, salt and 5 soup spoons of warm water mixed to a dough and resting for 1 hour-pull with hands to very thin dough and brush with melted butter -thin layer of breadcrumbs and mixture of pealed and thinly sliced apples (2 pounds) with heavy whipping cream,raisins,sugar,melted butter-roll to a strudel and brush with melted butter bake at 375 for 45 min
