      thank you - raisins need to soak in Rum for a good 10 days to have the right consistency - since the warm coulis melts the ice cream slightly no ice cream maker is necessary-careful with deglazing the slight light brown caramel melted sugar-otherwise simple to make dish-thank you for your time-you find more food here: @allthereisislove
