BEST BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
These are the best blueberry muffins ever. A real favourite with both grown-ups and kids, these easy blueberry muffins are tasty, ready in a few simple steps and so moreish you'll have to keep making new batches! This recipe makes 12 regular sized muffins and will take around 45 mins to prepare and cook them. This classic recipe is perfect for beginners or if you're trying to teach the kids how to cook. Once you've mastered this simple recipe you could try swapping the blueberries for other berries instead like raspberries, strawberries or blackberries. Ingredients
110 gr of plain flour
110 gr of butter
100 gr of caster sugar
2 eggs
1½ tsp baking powder
125 gr of blueberries, or equivalent in frozen blueberries
Directions
Step 1 : Cream the butter and sugar together then slowly add the eggs, mix for three minutes.
Step 2: Add the flour and baking powder, stir to combine.
Step 3: Place a spoonful of muffin mixture into each muffin case, filling each to just over half way. Stud each muffin with about eight blueberries.
Step 4: Bake in an oven set at 200C/400F for 20 minutes, or until golden on top. Serve with icing sugar.

Blueberries, AWESOME! One of my absolute favorites. Arandanos as they are called here in Chile, are in FULL harvest right now along with raspberries. Thank you for the inspiration!
