German Cheesecake
Hey foodies!
Recently, I made German cheesecake. For the second time in my life, I used this recipe which I highly recommend if you are still on the search for the perfect German cheesecake recipe: http://www.dianasdesserts.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/recipes.recipeListing/filter/dianas/recipeID/2244/Recipe.cfm
It turned out great. To prove it: a friend who comes from Germany said that it tasted exactly like his mother’s cheesecake. ;)
Unfortunately, there was a crack on the top of the cake. But in the end, everything ends up in the stomach looking nasty. So what!? :D
On that day, we went outside to do a picknick. It was a really nice day with great cake. :)
Have you tried German cheesecake before? Or are you more the New York style cheesecake type of person? Let me know in the comments below!
Wonderful cheesecake!!

STOPLooks scrumptious. I think it would be less sweet than New York Cheesecake! I think I will try it sometime!
Thank you! Yes, it isn't so sweet which is great. :)
For sure. I am from Germany. I love cheesecake. But also other versions, where you do not have to bake the cake are totally fine.
Great photos. Yummy.
Thank you so much for your comment! Followed you because of your great content. :)
Yes, no bake cheesecakes are also delicious. And perfect for hot summer days when you should leave the oven turned off. ;)
