Pancit Cabagan - One of the most loved Asian Noodle Dishes here in the Philippines

One of my most loved comfort food in my hometown here in the Philippines can be found at Kuya Sidney's Restaurant 😁. They have three branches here in the Philippines, one in Manila and two in my hometown at Nueva Vizcaya.

This is a must try food for Asian Noodle Lovers 😋 But this is just one of the varieties on how Filipinos cooks their noodles. I promise to post some more soon along with some of my travels 😁

So here, make sure to follow the right steps in eating Pancit Cabagan so you can enjoy the food even more.

Step 1: The Sauce.
They usually serve their food with chopped onions and calamansi. Adjust the mood of your sauce by adding soy or vinegar then for added spice add chili.

Step 2: The Meal.
Enjoy your food by adding your sauce. I usually eat mine by putting the sauce bit by bit, sort of like eating grilled chicken, putting the sauce first before taking a bite. The onions creates an added flavor to those who enjoys onions.

Step 3: The Soup.
Overtime the noodles become dry because their special sauce is absorbed by their handmade noodles so use the soup to make your meal "saucy". . .
