Unusual food that shocked me

I continue my story about the most unusual meal about which I learned just recently.

The most sensitive

Nyotaimori is a traditional Japanese custom to serve sushi on a nude body. Pieces of sushi and sashimi are laid out so that they hide the intimate parts of the female figure. In Japan, such a "plate" is a specially trained geisha. Consuming food from a naked body is a subtle art. Now many high-end restaurants in the world offer a similar attraction - a body covered with sushi.

The cheapest

Many Vietnamese families can not afford a normal dinner because of high prices. Therefore, they are very popular ... meat of rats. Farmers catch them, wrap them in banana leaves and sell them. In each village there are several "hunters" who are given a dollar for each kilogram of rats at the end of the working shift.

The most disgusting

This is not just the most extreme, but also the most nasty food in the world. And they eat it in Sardinia. It is about the rotten cheese Marzu Casu from goat's milk with the larvae of flies inside.

Sardines specifically leave the cheese in the open air, so that the flies lay eggs in it. They soon turn into larvae, which cause the fermentation of cheese. When the degree of fermentation is satisfactory, Casu Marzu is cut and with traditional bread is used for food.

Most adventurers take out worms before eating, but Sardinians believe that they give the cheese an unusual taste. Strongly do not recommend them to eat! It is enough that these worms can jump to a height of 15 cm and are capable of causing chronic infections.
