Hello friends of steemit I hope you are well. Today I want to show you this recipe of how to make some delicious fritters from banana, this is a very traditional recipe here in my country Venezuela since it is considered one of our culinary desserts, besides the recipe is very easy and quick to make and I am Surely seeing how fast they are made, you will want to make them at home.

Ingredients:

1. 1 and a third cup of flour
2. Half a teaspoon of salt
3. 2 teaspoons of baking powder
4. 2 tablespoons of sugar
5. 1 beaten egg
6. 1 third cup of milk
7. 2 teaspoons butter or melted margarine
8. 4 ripe bananas

Preparation:

To prepare these fritters from banana, first you have to sift together the flour, the baking powder and the sugar. Then in a bowl mix well the beaten egg with the milk and the previously melted butter or margarine to join well with the previous preparation, beating until a smooth and homogeneous mass is achieved.

Once the dough is ready, the changes should be cut into pieces of approximately 3 cm to pass first through flour and then through the dough and then fry in enough oil until golden brown. Finally, remove the oil, let it drain and sprinkle with a little sugar, also instead of sugar you can sprinkle cinnamon (is optional)

And ready, you just have to enjoy this wonderful dessert that you can prepare as a snack that your children take to their schools or as snacks for a party.
