INGREDIENTS
2 kg mussels
300 ml of white wine
2 small onions
1 bunch parsley
4 that? Lime garlic
piper
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Have you ever prepared shells? If not, now is the time to try this recipe shells sailing!
Wash the clams well closed (open the already cast) in more water to remove sand. If necessary, tenderly, you can use a toothbrush.
Chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
oysters are placed in a pan with onions, garlic and white wine and place over medium heat.
Place lid and cook 10 minutes, enough time for the mussels open. Sprinkle parsley, fits pepper and bring to the table. Do not add salt because clams are already salty. Traditionally are served with French fries.
