INGREDIENTS
3-4 pieces chicken breast, cut cubes
250 g yoghurt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 small chopped onions
2 red peppers chopped
1 teaspoon of turmeric
3 teaspoons of rasping cumin
4 teaspoons of pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of butter
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 teaspoon hot pepper
240 g tomato sauce
240 ml cooking cream
Fresh parsley - for decorating at the end
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Chicken Tikka Masala - one of the basic recipes of Indian cuisine is made easier than we Europeans think.
It has a fabulous spice explosion (more in number than in a Romanian recipe, for example) that blend so wonderfully that you can not fall in love with the ultimate taste! Put Tikka Masala on your way if you want to impress your guests without getting too busy.
In a large bowl, combine yogurt with cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of hot pepper, coriander, lemon juice and pepper.
Give the chicken pieces through this mixture, making sure they cover all of the marinade. Put a plastic wrap on top and put it in the fridge for at least an hour (you can leave it overnight).
Fry the chicken pieces in a pan, about 5 minutes on each side.
In another pan, gently chop onions and peppers in butter. Season with the rest of the spices. Add tomato sauce and cream, mix lightly. Let the small sauce boil the sauce for about 20 minutes.
Add, then, and chicken pieces. Leave it for 10 minutes, semi-covered, with little fire. Spread some fresh parsley over and serve alongside some simple rice .
Awesome

@albert1986 this is so spectacular!
I have had to go vegan for my health and truly miss this dish. Roti must accompany this. I want to try this with vegetables to see if I can replicate that flavor. Upvoted and followed
