CHINESE-STYLE SHELLS
ingredients:
500 g shells Vongo
2 cloves of garlic
One of the 5 cm piece ginger
2 green onions
2 peppers
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine (alcohol by cooking)
50 ml of water or broth over
1 teaspoon sesame oil
fresh coriander
On a wooden cutting board, chop it: chili peppers (if you want the food to be spicier, then let the whole peppers with seeds), ginger, garlic and white part of green onions, the green will keep on garnished.
Heat in a wok the oil well, turn the wok so the oil well to get on its walls. Add to wok chilli, garlic, ginger and white part of the onion.
Saute a few seconds until the oil gets a pleasant smell, but be careful not to burn! Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and fish soup or water.
After giving a boil, add the clams immediately.
Cover the wok with a lid and let it price two minutes until all the clams are open. Now you can make a last check. Mussels still have not opened can throw those are not good.
Gently shake the wok so distribute the sauce formed over all shells.
Finally drizzle sesame oil
Garnish with the green onions and fresh coriander
Serve with pleasure, because they are delicious!
They can be served with a bowl of cooked rice or noodles. But I honestly say that I ate it straight from the wok!🙂
