HOW TO MAKE SPECIAL FUEL CORNS

Prepare spices, stir in a small bowl and mix well. If using spicy seasoning then place the ketchup and chilli sauce on a separate bowl, do not put together with other spices.
Prepare the embers and peel the corn skin.
Spread the surface of the corn with seasoning using a brush, burning on embers.
If the seasoning dries, brush again and roast the corn again until cooked.
If using spicy seasoning, sprinkle corn with seasoning and chili sauce before cooking and roast again until the seasoning rather dry.
Serve roasted corn while warmed with grated cheese.
