Light but powerful dessert in flavor, exquisite to share an afternoon with family or friends. After a good dinner or lunch, this dessert will delight your guests.

Ingredients
8 servings
100 ml Passion fruit juice (1/2 cup or 4 passion fruit)
250 g Cream cheese
250 g Milk cream
1 Can condensed milk
7 g Unflavored gelatin / colapez / grenetina
150 g Chocolate cookies
100 g Butter / butter
---- To decorate:
3 tablespoons passion fruit pulp
2 tbsp Sugar

Steps
Process the cookies and mix with the butter previously diluted in the microwave. Place this preparation on the bottom of a removable mold lined with butter paper. Press the cookies with your hands so that they are firmly attached to the mold. Take to the refrigerator. Reserve.

Cut the passion fruit in two and remove all the pulp, separate 3 cdas for the decoration, then process the rest and then strain to extract only the juice.
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin and then dissolve for 10 seconds in the microwave. Separate 2 cdas from this diluted gelatin. for decoration. Reserve.

In a bowl beat the cream at medium point, then add the cream cheese, condensed milk and passion fruit juice, mix and then add the unflavored gelatin, mix well and then empty the mold. Take to the refrigerator for 30 '.

Add to reserved passion fruit pulp, 2 tbsp. of sugar, 3 tbsp. of water and the 2 tbsp. of gelatine without reserved flavor. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and empty this preparation over the entire surface of the cheesecake. Take again to the refrigerator until the next day.
