Vanilla cake marbled with cocoa
Ingredients:
-. 500 gr of wheat flour
-. 400 gr of sugar
-. 250 gr of butter
-. 50 gr of leavening
-. 4 eggs
-. 2 1/2 cups of skim milk
-. 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
-. 1 spoon of salt
-. 100 g of cocoa in paste or in its place of bitter chocolate.
- Circular container for the cake, it can be made of metal or refractory.
For the mixture of the vanilla cake use a clean and dry container, place the butter that must be at room temperature, add the sugar and mix with some manual or electric rods, then go adding the eggs one at a time and continue mixing, incorporate the vanilla, the two remaining cups of milk and the salt, should be a fairly liquid mixture without lumps, gradually add the wheat flour along with the chemical yeast, continue joining to obtain a creamy and lump-free mixture.
Finally pour the mixture into the previously floured and buttered container, add the ganache in the form of thread and with the help of a toothpick give circular shape inside the mixture, take to the oven for about 40 or 45 minutes, after having elapsed the time prick the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out clean the paste will be cooked, you should let it cool in a place of low humidity and ready, and your cake will be ready to taste.
