Recipe: Peanuts + Salt + Food Processor = Peanut Butter (with video)
Fast, cheap, homemade peanut butter we like better than name brands.
Yields: 1 pint of peanut butter.
• 16 oz. roasted Virginia peanuts
• Salt to taste
Beat on high for approximately 2 minutes, stopping to stir once.
• For smoother peanut butter, beat it longer.
• For crunchy, stop beating sooner.
During this process, it will form a ball and then become smooth again.
Your finished product can be stored in a pint Mason jar (or an old peanut butter jar) in the refrigerator.
CAUTION! Reminder --► If anybody there is allergic to peanuts, don't make this!!!
