My favorite dish and a huge reason why I'm not Vegan... Le Chicken Taco. lol
It is Tuesday, so time for some good eats. This week in the world of Organic eating, we find TACOS!!!!!
Yes, you can have your taco and eat Organic too.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Breasts(2-4) or Whole Cooked Chicken
2 Large Onions
6 Baby Carrots
Cilantro
Taco Shells
Salsa
SEASONING:
Lawrys
Paprika
Onion Powder
Montreal Seasoning
MInced Garlic
Chili Powder
Red Chili Pepper
OIL:
Coconut OIL or
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or
Grapeseed OIl

Yes, I agree! It IS Known! I'm originally from Chicago, so having good tacos here makes up a little for the lack of good deep dish pizza and Chicago style hot dogs that I often miss.
Love tacos. Anything with onions is great.
Been toying for decades with the idea of a bicycle taco cart I could ride up and down the boardwalk and serve from... Why? Cuz TACOS!
Also, since you are local to SD, if you want the BEST shrimp tacos i town, there is a truck(Roach coach) parked at Texas Street and Meade Ave that is worth a visit, repeatedly!
