お昼に何を食べるか迷って、散策しながらフラっと入ったのがここ。
店構えの雰囲気が良かったんですよね。
ただ店名の「听」って漢字は最初なんて読むんだろう？でした。紅虎餃子房を超える難易度っぷり。

The atmosphere of the shop front was good.
Just why do you read the shop name "听"? was. A level of difficulty beyond "紅虎餃子房".
初めてのお店でしたがランチ数量限定なら大きな間違いは無いと思い「熟成和牛の切り落とし」を注文しました。
お店の中の雰囲気も上質感とカジュアル感のバランスが自分好みです。

うん。美味しいことは間違いないんだけど周りはみなさんステーキかハンバーグ。鉄板がジュージューいってます。
アウェイ感がハンパないです。これをあえて楽しむのが上級者なのかもです。
いっそのことこれ牛丼風に盛り付けアレンジして食べようかとのチャレンジ精神も沸きましたが、お行儀よく食べて帰ってきました。

でも美味しそうですよ～！
味のベクトルがほぼ和食！でも美味しい！！
そしておそらくスタッフさんは賄い的なあれで牛丼にして食べてるに違いないと勝手に想像してます。
「听」の字の読み方知りませんでした！
鉄板ジュージューのステーキは魅力的ですね。
次回はぜひジュージューで！
自分もそうなんですよ。さらに「ポンド」で変換しても基本的には「听」は出てこなくて最初？？？でした。
