Great post funnyman. Thanks for the tips. Interesting though that milk is recommended while ice cream is not. I understand the fat argument, but what about whole milk - still has a decent fat percentage in it. But is it still significantly below that of cream such that it doesn't have a harmful effect?

Yeah I found it interesting too, but ice cream is not solely made of milk. It also contains a lot of other additives that make it much more fatty than Milk.

True. Sometimes I feel like it's the sugar that gets me if I have too much shortly before bed.
