A happy chef with some fresh Oyster Mushrooms.

Its started a few months ago, as I tried to grow Oysters out of used coffee grounds.

How few I knew that time.

Longs stems from low oxygen..

Still I am not there yet but it's happening , and the results are interesting, to say at the least.
