Growing oyster mushrooms...

After months of experimenting the first flush of oystermushrooms is starting. Got the idea of internet that it's not hard to grow mushrooms for food. Especially on coffee grinds.
I am looking forward to post more of this adventure with fungi which can provide you with food.
