🍂 Creole Spinach Lebanese Style 🍂

I want to share with you a simple recipe with spinach leaves, courtesy of my friend Maro, who has a beautiful orchard.
🍛 Ingredients:
🍂 250 grams of creole spinach
🍂 ½ finely chopped onion
🍂 ½ chopped carrot sticks
🍂 Garlic paste to taste
🍂 Lemon salt to taste
🍂 Seven spices to taste
🍂 Oil quantity needed
The seven spices is a pleasant and perfumed seasoning that usually has a combination of black pepper, sweet clavits, cardamom, coriander, cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon.
🍛 PREPARATION:
🍂 Spinach leaves are washed thoroughly and cut finely
🍂 Place the oil in a pan and when it is hot, sauté the onion, carrot and garlic, adding a little salt and the seven spices.
🍂 spinach is added joining preparation with a spatula and the burner is turned off.
🍂Tips:
This recipe can be accompanied with steamed or mashed potatoes, stuffed cannelloni.
