I use kind of a mix crumble like in your recipe, but i top it, when it's baked with fresh strawberries. Before i use the strawberries i let them with some organic can sugar and some lemon juice for a few hours in the fridge.
Using fresh strawberries also sounds really nice. Many thanks for sharing your recipe. I'll give it a try.
