Indonesian Breakfast

Nasi uduk literally means "mixed rice" in Betawi dialect, related with Indonesian term aduk ("mix"). Betawi is a part of region of Indonesian. That have traditional food is called "Nasi Uduk" which is usually eaten in the morning as breakfast. "Nasi Uduk" is very famous and liked by everyone.
The ingredients of Nasi uduk are : rice, coconut milk, lemongrass, bayleaf, and little bit of salt.

As you know, the cuisine it's cooked by me, when i was practise in my cooking class at the Vocational High School in Palembang.
