Sauteed Fresh Tuna
My writing this time is fresh and high-flavored food with typical flavor of Aceh with Masakn in Aceh is Kuah Tumeh sure in Tumis Tuna Indonesia. let's see the results of cooking.

The ingredients are
2 Fresh tuna
The spices were smoothed out
6 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
Ginger is enough
Turmeric is enough
3 pieces of red pepper
7 red peppers
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp Curry powder (I am branded Babas)
5 sheets of sunti acid
Additional material
2 shredded onion
2 cardamom
2 pieces of mace
The taste of salt
A little sugar
