My name is J and I am a homecook in the US. I really enjoy cooking and traveling to different cities to try new food and restaurants. Homemade Chicken Nuggets with a chile infused honey, korean BBQ sauce and black pepper and buttermilk sauce

Blue crab, southern "sofrito", carolina gold rice and cured egg yolk

Homemade chicken nuggets, salsa macha, smoked bleu cheese on homemade tortillas
