Not your average steak and potatoes
Wanted to make a riff on steak and potatoes. For the potatoes I made a potato pave with buttermilk and salt and served that with an allium and roasted garlic mayo. The steak was a 12 oz dry aged new York strip steak that was pan seared and basted with a garlic and rosemary butter. Finished it with a little parsley butter
