The Saturday just more than a week before Chinese New Year, my wife and I took the in-laws back to Fu Lin Men for reunion dinner. We had lunch there more than a month ago and my wife decided to go there for early reunion dinner and so she made the reservation.
在农历新年前一个多星期的星期六，我和太太带岳父母去福临门吃团圆饭。我们一个多月前在那里吃过午餐后，太太决定去那里吃提早吃团年饭就订位了。
They have a some peacock decorations I didn't had photos before. One of them is this fountain I see as I go in.
他们有一些孔雀主题的装饰品。之前没拍到。 其中一个是我进去时看到的这个喷泉装饰。

By the side near the entrance is this clock with peacock design.

There wasn't any choice. It was this reunion dinner set dinner and I always thing reunion dinner set dinners are always a rip off.

Of course, we started with the usual Yusheng.
当然，开始先捞鱼生。
This fish maw soup is quite good.
这鱼鳔汤挺不错。
I like this fried soon hock fish too.
我也喜欢这油浸笋壳鱼。
This roast chicken was not bad though cannot say I love it but no complain.
烧鸡也不错可是不是很喜欢。
This braised abalone and dried oyster dish is quite nicely done. Taste great with the gravy.
红烧鲍鱼和干蚝做得好。那酱汁挺好味道。
By the time this fragrant fried rice came, we we quite full and could finished all of it although it was ice.
那时已经有点饱，这荷叶饭吃不完。
Lastly, the mango cream pomelo dessert was nice with mango cream and not too sweet.
最后，这杨枝甘露来得好。不会太甜。
The bill run up too $441 for four of us. Didn't I say reunion dinner meals are a rip off.
买单。4人吃要$441。是不是？都说团年饭套餐是个骗局。

The place is nice and the food is quite good. It's just that restaurant is more crowded for festive and that's when standard drop a bit but the price went up more than a bit. :)
